Incorporation of a townhouse look on a 285,000 s.f. condominium. Kay Architects was retained to lead the elevation redesign effort for a condominium that was required by the County to resemble the surrounding residential neighborhood. The design for this three story brick and cementitious siding project included the lower garage level terrace units. Flat plate concrete floors separated the garage and public areas from the wood stud framed condo units, so as part of the elevation design Kay Architects provided the wall sections / detailing as an expanded scope.
