This Restaurateur's dream home resides in a prominent Arlington Neighborhood. The highlight for this layout...the kitchen and entertainment space. This Owner preferred a residence with an elegant and sophisticated while understated design. Through meetings, reviews, and consultation with the Owner, an open plan was developed while preserving division of space. The program developed represented the fore-thought of the future property resale as well as his current visions. With extensive investigation and review with the Owner, exterior material palette of "Roman" brick, cast stone for use as the water table, belt course and window frames, and slate roofing was selected. The interior materials match the exterior in quality with wide use of Brazilian Cherry floors, cast stone fire place surrounds, coffered ceiling and crown molding.
