Saving the day. Kay Architects was originally brought into the project by the Owner and Contractor to help address difficulties with the existing roof lines and associated proposed addition. While addressing the complication and working with the Owner to incorporate an antique window in the design, the program further expanded to enlarge the proposed sunroom area and its connection with the existing front porch on the first floor. The program on the second floor maintained the original scope of a master bedroom, sitting room and walk-in closet addition.
