Cave Cabin Renovation - Swanton, MD

The perfect get-away at Deep Creek Lake. This early 1900�s summer cabin resort revitalization project had previously had an extensive foundation renovation to restore the structural integrity. The next step was to renovate the balance of the cabin for year round use. The project, which evolved into a complete rebuild, include the addition of a Second Floor master suite and grand kids room with an open loft looking onto the Great Hall as well as out to the lake. The First Floor included a Guest Bedroom and Kitchen which opens onto the Great Hall. The rear of the house was embellished with the addition of a three-season porch while a wraparound porch was provided on the front facing the lake.
